We're working on a National Infrastructure Plan that will help guide decision-making by both central and local government and give the infrastructure industry more confidence to invest in the people, technology and equipment they need to build more efficiently.

Our latest Annual Report for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 is now available. The Annual Report reflects on our key areas of focus and progress we have made over the year against the outcomes outlined in our Statement of Performance Expectations.

We’ve achieved significant milestones, including publishing a draft National Infrastructure Plan and consultation in June 2025 in preparation for the release of the National Infrastructure Plan. We’ve grown the National Infrastructure Pipeline, with more than 120 organisations now submitting data on active and planned projects. We have fully established an Infrastructure Priorities Programme (IPP) – an independent and standardised process to identify priority infrastructure proposals.
