Our latest Annual Report for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 is now available. The Annual Report reflects on our key areas of focus and progress we have made over the year. It was another busy year for the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga, as we started work on a National Infrastructure Plan and continued our research programme on a range of infrastructure issues.

We have also published an updated Statement of Performance Expectations and Statement of Intent to reflect the establishment of a National Infrastructure Agency from 1 December 2024. These changes clarify our role as an independent advisor to Government, the moving of our PPP functions to the National Infrastructure Agency and Treasury, and the enhancement of our advisory role.
