New learning hub for public infrastructure leaders

PUBLISHED 17 APRIL 2025

We’re working to support the development of infrastructure leaders in New Zealand. As part of this, we have published a one-stop-shop for public infrastructure leaders to help guide them through the complexities of working in the sector.

The new Leadership & learning section on our website includes guides on appointing Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) and recruiting Project Directors, in addition to a refreshed Project Delivery Capability Framework. We’ve also made it easy to see upcoming events, including masterclasses and meet-ups as part of our Infrastructure Leaders Network (ILN).

We are continuing to support infrastructure leaders in New Zealand and will regularly update this content with new helpful information. If you are a public infrastructure leader – watch this space!
