Carol is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors with governance experience across a wide range of industry sectors. Carol is currently a Director of New Zealand Financial Benchmark Facility Ltd and Independent Chair of Risk & Assurance Committee for Waipā District Council. Carol is also a Chartered Accountant Fellow and experienced Chief Financial Officer and has held executive roles in science research, agriculture, manufacturing, local government with Christchurch City Council, and iwi owned Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu.
